It’s another Tuesday and another Top Ten Tuesday and this week the theme is a topic I missed, so I’ve picked my favourite bingeworthy shows a TTT from 2018

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
I enjoy books but I also love tv shows especially the ones with amazing arcs and stories. So in no particular order here are my favourite binge worthy tv shows- a TTT from 2018
Fringe
This twisty science fiction show featuring weird science, parallel universes and a grown up love story is a show I watch over and over again.
The Good Place
This funny, feel good show with references to philosophy and how to be a good person is one of the shows I turn to when I’m having a rough time at work and it has one of the best twists ever!
Parks and Recreation
Another feel good TV show and featuring a character I would love to be a little more like- Ron Swanson!
Dark
This German time twisty sci-fi programme is best watched with subtitle but once I started I couldn’t stop till I got to the end.
Line of Duty
I binge watched the first five seasons in five days and I have to admit some of the plot twists left me gasping in surprise.
Andor
I didn’t think I would enjoy this Jedi lite Star Wars series but I loved the stories, actors and some of the best speeches.
Still Game
Spaced
This is an old one, but I missed the first series when it first came out and binge watched on video the first series featuring two typical Gen Xers navigating life in London.
Black Sails
This series has it all pirates, revenge, complicated romances, politics, strong and determined women who are just as bad as the pirates and a quest for stolen treasure.
Ultraviolet
I missed a few episodes of this Vampire show when it first came out so binge watched all the episodes when it dropped on all four- I loved Jack Davenport who played a Detective dragged into the world of vampires accidentally and hates every minute of it and Iris Elba is just perfect.
Hawkeye
I had to keep watching just to see how much more grumpier Hawkeye could get.

I did not care much for The Good Place, but I also binged Line of Duty and Parks and Recreation. Right now I’m binging on Atypical, and Georgia & Ginny. I also binge on Daisy Jones & the Six when new episodes come out, and am just waiting for the last two.

We binged The Good Place a couple of years ago. It’s a fun show! I have also watched Black Sails, but only because my husband did. I want to watch Parks and Rec someday.

The Good Place is in my top three favorite TV shows. Was an absolutely fantastic show. I could rewatch it again and again.
My TTT where I talk about popular books I haven’t read yet.

Fun topic! I don’t watch much tv, but I have seen episodes of both Park and Rec and The Good Place. They’re both super clever and funny.
Best,
Susan
